Little baby Isaac decided to make his appearance a few weeks ago! Remember him in the belly here?? Thankful for these friends and the sweet joy of celebrating new life with them! (and Nana K just happened to stop by the house at just the right time so she was thrown into some of the shots too!! I love that she was able to be there!)
Welcome little guy! We're excited you're here!

blueberries with new and old friends
We live within easy driving distance to some great U-pick farms. I always enjoy going out and picking some fresh strawberries or apples but my favorite (well maybe second to blackberries) is to pick blueberries. In years past we have gone with friends who have since moved away. I cherish the memories of building those friendships. I am thankful for some sweet new friends that we got to go picking with this year! Andy and Courtnie are our newest friends and we are so thankful for them! They were very spontaneous in joining us on our picking adventure.
I always love pictures like this that show just a glimpse of Patrick's joy to be around the girls.
Oh Kes, you are too cute!
She DOWNED those things! Seriously have no idea how many blueberries she ate but it was a lot!!
Lydia can make some faces. This one below is one that I love... It's her somewhat timid look.
mmmm. Still enjoying these blueberries many weeks later! Frozen berries are great for muffins, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, smoothies! Endless possibilities of goodness!

Earlier in the season, I went with old buds :) My sister, sweet friend Jordan and I made the trek with our kids. Lots of blueberries. Lots of fun! (phone pics)

emadi: family
Patrick and I have known Sam and Corrie Ann for a few years now. It's fun because we've known them since before they were even dating. I always love getting to see couples from the very beginning and watch their relationship grow! I had a great time doing their family session. Little C is a ham! Cheesing it up and winning my heart. I think it's obvious from these pictures that Corrie Ann and Sam are overflowing with love for their little guy!
